GTR Foods, Myspre – Masala DosaIngredients:

  1. 2.5 cup Rice (Dosa Rice)
  2. 0.5 cup Urad Daal
  3. Salt
  4. Sugar
  5. Sugar
  6. Baking Soda

Method:

Soak Rice and Urad Daal in water separately for one hour. Grind Rice and Urad Daal separately. Keep both batter a side for 3 to 4 hours. Later mix it together. Add sufficient Salt for the taste and pinch of Sugar and Baking Soda.

Spread the prepared Batter on the Dosa Tava and serve hot.

Method:

Soak Urad Daal in the water for an hour. Wash Idly Rava and clean it. Graind Urad Daal into smooth batter and mix Idly Rava to it and keep it aside for 3 to 4 hours. Add sufficient Salt to taste and cook well inside the Idly Box.

  3. 1 tsp Mustard
  4. 1 tsp of Urad Daal
  5. 1 tsp of Gram Daal
  6. 4-5 Cashew nuts
  7. 4-5 Curry leaves
  8. 3 Cups of Water
  9. Salt to taste
  10.  1 tbsp of Grated
  11. Coconut
  12. 1 tsp of Pure Ghee
  13. 2 tsp of Lime juice
  14. 1 tbsp of Chopped
  15. Onion
  16. Pinch of Sugar
